AMA is the controller of personal information collected through the Website. We use the HubSpot Customer Platform to host and manage the Website; HubSpot acts as a data processor on our behalf.

We use the HubSpot Customer Platform to host and manage portions of the Website. For personal information that we collect through the Website and process in HubSpot to operate our services, HubSpot acts as our processor/service provider under a written Data Processing Agreement.
